Velocity Strike

This knack allows the adept to focus his velocity into the strength of an attack. Replace the 3 in the Down Strike step with one tenth the attacker's move rate. So an attacker with a combat movement of 50 who struck after reaching full speed would use Strength + Rank + 5 for the Down Strike step. Use of this knack costs an additional Strain.

  • Velocity adjustment is still being worked out. Also, there should be a system for receiving damage from excessively powerful strikes (as well as provisions for slamming into something after the attack).
