About 3 inch wide copper bands, covered with strange and bizarre carvings. When worn and struck together, the bracers make a strange keening ring which lasts several seconds and sounds only vaguely like metal striking metal.

- Attending Tone:When struck together, the bracers produce a ringing tone which will momentarily draw the target's attention. The wearer may select either all targets within hearing range or up to the Thread Rank in targets within sight range. The wearer makes a Charisma + Thread Rank +Willforce Rank test against the Social Defense of the targets.

- Unsettling Tone:This works the same as the Attending Tone , but the affedted targets feel uncomfortable and reduce their Social Defense and Charisma Steps by the Thread Rank plus the Success Level of the wearer's test. Unsettling Tone costs 1 Strain and the effect last a number of rounds equal to the Thread Rank.

- Piercing Tone:This works as the Unsettling Tone , but the affected targets feel their barriers waver and reduce their Spell Defense and Mystic Armor Rating as well. Piercine Tone requires 2 Strain.
